PLAN EXPERIENTIAL CREDITS

  • For Blizzard Entertainment's second release of it's title Overwatch, PLAN EXP’s President Rafael Cubela acted as Technical Director alongside other TD’s to manage production execution on a first of its kind installation -- a three ton, two-story tall renderings of the flagship title's top character figurine. Serving as Technical Producer on the USA leg of this simultaneous global reveal, PLAN coordinated with peers in South Korea & France on similar builds, guiding oversite and quality control, scenic fabrication and design, graphics layout, global cooperation, and the logistics of transporting these goliath pieces.

    The final results were captivating. Partnering with Technical Producing Group for onsite management, Hollywood Blvd was shutdown overnight, complete with massive flood lights and crane installation. The early morning impact unveiling brought 44.1 million social mentions + 2 billion media impressions, much to the delight of their loyal fan-base worldwide. Rafael and team shot through all moving targets with precision, providing near perfect client satisfaction. The campaign was a massive hit amongst fans of the franchise and its IP, firmly establishing Overwatch's legacy in the lexicon of video game giants.
